Night swim at Hougang Complex yesterday. Fucking long didn't exercise. Exhausted only after swimming for 1.5hours. Very happy though, the results of fat burning was noticeable. But on the other hand, not satisfied with it. Fat burning = MUSCLES ARE REFORMING AGAIN. Argh, contradict...
